The Virginia Law Foundation is dedicated to the effort to close the justice gap in Virginia and recognizes the efforts of lawyers dedicating their retirement to pro bono service. To support the Virginia State Bar’s “Transition Into Emeritus Status” (TIES) initiative, Virginia CLE® provides 12 free credit hours per MCLE compliance year to lawyers who have obtained Emeritus Status. While the discount is available on the vast majority of seminars, some are not discountable. Advance registration is required. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
Twelve free credits are available per MCLE compliance year. If additional content is needed above 12 credits for a specific pro bono case, please register for a Pro Bono Account.
