Fee Sharing - Disclosure of Confidences and Secrets.

It is improper for an attorney to purchase the work in progress of an

attorney who has been designated a full-time judge. It is also improper

for the attorney to lease office space from the judge if he plans to

practice law regularly before that judge. [See II: DR:2-103(D); DR:2-105(
