Understanding and Authenticating Accident Reconstruction Evidence

Designed for attorneys who litigate liability determinations using vehicular accident investigation in both criminal and civil cases, this course helps attorneys learn what happens in a vehicle, pedestrian, or motorcycle accident so they can develop a more intuitive eye when determining liability. Attorneys learn the basic skills needed to better understand an accident so that they can make better decisions in litigation or mitigation of damages when settling an accident case.

Attorneys also learn how to determine when further investigation is needed; what evidence is important to collect; how to legally obtain that evidence; and what steps can be taken through accident reconstruction to provide verifiable proof of how an accident occurred and the foundation needed to admit that evidence or testimony in court.
