Joseph Novello, CPA, MBA, began his accounting and management consulting career at Ernest & Young and obtained his Certified Public Accountant license in New York. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Brooklyn College and an MBA in finance from New York University. Mr. Novello maintains his CPA license and has years of experience working in American and International Fortune 500 companies. His positions have included controller, chief financial officer, director of planning and analysis, and director of sales operations. Since founding the Financial Training Organization in 2010, Joe has presented his finance programs to thousands of lawyers at bar association, and CLE provider presentations across the U.S.A. and Canada. His goal is to share an easy-to-understand approach that will make dealing financial matters more manageable.
