An attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, Timothy K. Palmer is a recognized authority on elder law in Virginia. As a speaker on elder law issues for the National Business Institute, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Virginia Certified Legal Education program, he has developed an extensive understanding of elder law issues and solutions.
Mr. Palmer serves as a Commissioner of Accounts for Circuit Court of the City of Suffolk. He also serves as a board member for Farmers Bank, the Western Tidewater Free Clinic, and Catholic Charities.

Carolyn White is managing partner at Midlothian Estate & Elder Law, where her practice focuses on estate planning, probate and administration of trusts and wills, long-term care planning, and elder law. She is certified by the Virginia Supreme Court to serve as guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults, and she is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
An AV-rated attorney, Ms. White was selected by Virginia Lawyers Weekly as a Leader in the Law for the 2023 class.
