ACCREDITATION
To be able to practice before the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA regulations require that an accredited attorney must complete 3 hours of qualifying continuing legal education (CLE) requirements during the first 12-month period following the date of initial accreditation by VA, and an additional 3 hours no later than 3 years from the date of your accreditation, and every 2 years thereafter.
If you wish to become accredited by the VA, and are not yet accredited, you must FIRST complete and file the VA Application for Accreditation and receive approval back BEFORE attending the seminar. This approval procedure may take 60–120 days. Visit www.va.gov/ogc/accreditation.asp.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation/transfer requests will be honored until 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the seminar. You will, however, be charged $60 if you cancel or transfer your registration to a different seminar after the link to the materials has been e-mailed by Virginia CLE®.
Full refunds or transfers are available up to two days after a webcast in the unlikely event that you experience technical difficulties.
Inclement Weather Policy and Updates.
MCLE Credit Caveat: The MCLE Board measures credits by the time you spend in attendance. If you enter a seminar late or leave it early, or both, you must reflect those adjustments accurately in the credits you report on your credit reporting form. A code will be given at the end of the seminar, which must be written on your MCLE form.

Daniel G. Krasnegor, Goodman Allen Donnelly / Charlottesville
Daniel Krasnegor joined Goodman Allen Donnelly as a partner, January 1, 2008, as the lead attorney in the Veterans’ Benefits Practice Group, with more than ten years of experience in veterans’ benefits law. Following graduation from law school in 1993, Mr. Krasnegor started his career drafting decisions for the Veterans Law Judges at the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and then defending Board decisions in the VA General Counsel’s office. In 1998, Mr. Krasnegor left the VA to work for veterans and their dependents by forming a Veterans’ Benefits section in one of the largest defense law firms in Virginia. Since that time, he has represented hundreds of veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and at the VA. Mr. Krasnegor served as a member of the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims Rules Advisory Committee from 2001 to 2007 and is a founding member of the Court of Appeals for the Veterans Claims Bar Association. He has frequently lectured to both lawyers and veterans about the practice of veterans’ benefits law.
