    House Counsel — Dual Practice.

    It is not improper for a lawyer employed full-time as counsel to an insurance company to maintain a separate office for his private practice and to furnish legal services to individual employees of the company at the request of said individuals, for which said individuals would pay. [See II: DR:2-103(A), (B), (C) and (D).]
