Firm Representing Competing Banks - Conflicts in Interests.

It is not improper for members of the same law firm to act as counsel for two competing banks, assuming, of course, that there is no actual legal conflict between the banks and so long as both banks have consented to such multiple representation after full disclosure. [See II: DR:5-105.]
