Office Sharing.

An arrangement which involves the sharing by an attorney and layman of a common entrance to the office, or a common reception area, office equipment and secretarial service, where each party would maintain separate offices, and expenses are shared equally with no pooling of income is not improper. [See II: DR:3-103(A).]
