Conflict of Interest - Trial Judge Determines Removal.

Where an attorney has represented two clients who have directly conflicting interests and the matter is docketed for trial, the presiding judge should be informed of the situation and be called upon to decide whether counsel should be removed. [See II: DR:2-108(A)(1) and (C) and DR:5-105.]
