Disclosure of Confidential Information.

Where a grand jury investigating an attorney's client requests material from the attorney that the attorney believes to be protected by the attorney-client privilege, the attorney should not release any material unless subpoenaed and compelled to by the court after the subpoena is questioned by the attorney in court. [See II: DR:4-101(C)(2).]
