It is not improper for an attorney to represent an insured in a personal injury case against an uninsured motorist and at the same time represent the insured's insurance carrier against the uninsured motorist under the subrogation provisions of the insurance contract. (Assuming full disclosure and consent by the carrier and the insured.) [See II: DR:5- 105(C).]
