Attorney/Client Privilege.

It would not be a violation of DR:4-101 for an attorney to testify against his client as to the length of time the client was in the attorney's office if, after the attorney first objected to his being required to testify, he was ordered to do so by the court. [See II: DR:4- 101(C)(2).]
