Reporting Violations - Client's Former Attorney.

It is not improper for an attorney, who during the course of his representation determines that his client's former attorney violated the Code of Professional Responsibility, to refrain from disclosing the violations when such disclosure would adversely affect his client's interests and the client has not consented to the disclosure.
