Conflict of Interest - Testimony by Plaintiffs Employer/Attorney.

It is not improper for the plaintiff's attorney/employer to continue his representation of the plaintiff/employee in a personal injury claim, notwithstanding the intent of defense counsel to call the plaintiff's attorney as a witness, until it becomes apparent that the testimony of the plaintiff's attorney is or may be prejudicial to the plaintiff.
