Confidences and Secrets — Perpetration of Fraud Upon a Tribunal.

Following a hearing before, and decision by, a tribunal, a client informs his attorney that he perjured himself before the tribunal. If, upon request by the attorney, the client refuses to inform the tribunal of the perjury, it is not improper for the attorney to do so. [DR:4-101(D)(2)]
