Insurance — Disclosure of Attorney Status — Proper Letterhead.

When representing an insurance carrier's insured customer, it is improper for an attorney employee of the insurance carrier to fail to disclose his status as an employee of the insurance carrier on his name cards, letterhead, phone answering method and name plates on the doors of his office.
