    A multijurisdictional law firm inquires as to what letterhead designations are required to comply with DR:2-102. A law firm's letterhead should clearly indicate those attorneys who are members of the Virginia State Bar and those who are not. It would not be unethical to include on the letterhead a footnote indicating that those attorneys not admitted to practice in the state of Virginia are admitted to practice in another state.
