It is improper for corporate counsel to use letterhead listing himself as a lawyer without indicating the name of his corporate employer. It is also improper for employees of the corporation who are under the attorney's management to use the attorney's letterhead and to indicate the title " collector" under their signature without indicating their status as employees of the corporation.
