Legal ethicist, lawyer, and writer Jack Marshall will present this interactive course. This will be no passive effort to satisfy CLE requirements: the three hours of instruction are designed to sharpen the legal ethics instincts. It also aspires to leave attendees with renewed pride and purpose, as members of the one profession that keeps its metaphorical head, but also will serve as a role model to others at risk of losing theirs.
