A pre-recorded streaming VIDEO replay of the February 2024 webcast, Practical Advice: Estate Administration Tips and Pitfalls to Avoid.
James P. Cox, III, longtime Virginia CLE® speaker, author, and contributor, highlights key issues in estate administration, including frequent problems encountered in his more than 40 years in practice. He addresses how estate administration issues vary widely depending on the circumstances of the decedent’s death; the nature, extent, and titling of the assets of the decedent; the terms of any testamentary instruments left by the decedent; and the family members, heirs, and beneficiaries of the decedent.
