Numerous federal anti-trust lawsuits have been recently filed and litigated against the National Association of REALTORS®, regional MLSs, and real estate firms regarding buyer agent compensation and other REALTOR® rules. These have resulted in verdicts, settlements, court orders, and rule changes that have drastically changed (and will continue to change) the landscape in which real estate brokers and agents must operate.
Bring your questions and join speaker Michael Lafayette for this one-hour session covering the latest updates.
