The gathering of relevant information and documentation is one of the most important elements in the preparation of a family law case. Relevant statutes provide several tools to collect what is needed, and this seminar will explore the details and little-known codicils of discovery methods available to the family law practitioner.
Our speakers will discuss interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, discovery depositions, subpoena duces tecums, and more. With a focus on the features available and the potential pitfalls associated with each method of discovery, this will be a helpful seminar to any family law practitioner.
