To find all courses purchased through your account, go to My Account in the top-right navigation. From here, click Orders on the left.
You will now see your purchase history, beginning with the most recent. Look for the name of the seminar that you wish to view, and click “View” to the right of the seminar title. From here, you will be directed to a new page that contains your order details. There will be a button that says “Launch” to the right of the seminar title.
Click “Launch” to begin the program.
For On-Demand seminars, first “Launch” the course. This will take you to a landing page, and at the top of that page, there is a section entitled “Download Course Files.” Here you will find a link to download a PDF of your course’s instructional materials.
For Webcast/Telephone seminars, after you click the first “Launch” button, you will be directed to a page that features a large “Launch Webcast” button. Underneath this button, there will be a “Download Materials” button.
Yes. Webcast and telephone seminars qualify for the same amount of Live/Interactive MCLE credit as attending the seminar in person.
For an On-Demand course to be considered “attended,” the Certificate of Attendance must first be generated. For example, if you viewed all video segments for an On-Demand seminar in July of the current year, but did not generate your certificate until August, your certificate of attendance will be timestamped with the time and date that you officially generated your certificate.

Unfortunately, we can only see the courses that you have purchased through Virginia CLE and cannot see any purchases made through other continuing legal education providers.
Additionally, while we can see programs you have purchased through us and the respective Certificates of Attendance you have generated, we cannot see whether you have submitted these courses to the Virginia State Bar for credit. To access this information, log into your account on the VSB’s website, or call them at 804-775-0500.
No. You do not need to complete the courses before your Bundle Credits or Elite Pass expire. You only need to purchase them before the expiration date.
Providing PowerPoint presentations to seminar attendees is a choice made by the speaker. If they wish to make a presentation available, they will include the slides at the end of the instructional materials. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all PowerPoint presentations can or will be made available to attendees, as they are copyrighted materials and are not the property of Virginia CLE.

We also provide the option to download an MP3 audio file of the entire segment. Although the video won’t be available, you will still receive full credit for the program and won’t miss any content
Unfortunately, we do not accept split payments or multiple forms of payments on the same transaction. You can either pay the full amount with a credit card or purchase additional credits until your total is equal to or greater than the required amount.
