Taught by an experienced practitioner, this program covers the full security clearance process from written responses to security clearance hearings, offers advocacy techniques and recent case trends, and provides the adjudicative guidelines that govern security clearance cases across the federal government. This session will be especially helpful for attorneys representing federal employees, government contractors, and others whose careers depend on their clearance eligibility.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation/transfer requests will be honored until 5:00 p.m. the day preceding the seminar. You will, however, be charged $40 if you cancel or transfer your registration to a different seminar after the link to the materials has been e-mailed by Virginia CLE®.
Full refunds or transfers are available up to two days after a webcast in the unlikely event that you experience technical difficulties.
MCLE Credit Caveat: The MCLE Board measures credits by the time you spend in attendance. If you enter a seminar late or leave it early, or both, you must reflect those adjustments accurately in the credits you report on your credit reporting form. A code will be given at the end of the seminar, which must be written on your MCLE form.

Mr. Berry represents security clearance clients nationwide. He has been interviewed by CNN, NBC, ABC, and other networks, in addition to being published by a number of newspapers, including The Washington Post, on his views regarding security clearances.
In addition to security clearance matters, Mr. Berry represents law enforcement officers and federal employees in various employment and civil matters. He previously served as general counsel to the Fraternal Order of Police/US Park Police and US Capitol Police unions.
